So Thirsty

If anything when you are thirsty drink water only! I have started a healthy plan diet to drink mostly water, rather than coke or sugar drinks. It has worked so far and I have also lost some weight. I encourage you to try to make a simple healthy plan like mine because it is very rewarding. What helped me to stay on my healthy plan was that I told myself that it would help me be healthier and I wouldn't have to feel so guilty for not working out some days.

Tip: add some lemon to your water.
